COVID-19 Visitors’ Policy

At the moment we are unable to accept visitors unannounced.

• If you need to attend our premises (visitors and contractors), please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time.
• On arrival please call the person you are visiting and they will come to meet you. Please provide your contact details for future track and trace should it become necessary. You must have your temperature taken and complete the visitor COVID 19 questionnaire.
• Please wear a hi-viz jacket – If you do not have one we will be happy to provide one
• Please sanitise your hands before entering, whilst on site (if necessary) and again before departing
• Please wear a face mask and/or maintain a 2m distance from other people
• If necessary hand washing facilities are available
• Please do not attend our premises if you or anyone you live or have been in contact with has tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have any of the following symptoms:
  • A high temperature
  • A new continuous cough
  • A loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

WASH HANDS – keep washing hands regularly

COVER FACE – wear a face covering in enclosed spaces

MAKE SPACE – at least 2 metres apart or 1 metre with a face covering or other precautions
