You are probably aware that fuel prices have risen significantly over the last few months and the increases have also had a significant influence on the price of bulk fuel prices (in the last year a litre of diesel has increased by £0.16).

We are operating in a highly competitive marketplace and are consistently challenged to keep costs to a minimum. Clearly we can no longer sustain increases of this nature and so from Tuesday 1st February 2011 it is our intention to raise the current surcharge from 3% to 5% on all invoices.
